Современные подходы к применению генерических препаратов: Обзор литературы

Аннотация

В данной статье рассматриваются актуальные проблемы взаимозаменяемости лекарственных средств, современные подходы к применению оригинальных и генерических препаратов и определение роли генерических препаратов в обеспечении доступности медицинской помощи населению. Анализируется международный опыт, в частности политика отношения к генерическим препаратам в разных странах. Особое внимание уделяется замене противоэпилептических препаратов и биоэквивалентности генериков. По результатам обзора сделаны выводы, что большая часть роста расходов на лекарства будет по-прежнему обусловлена новыми лекарствами. Для некоторых методов лечения, таких как определенные виды иммунотерапии рака, сложный процесс производства означает, что возможности для генерически продуктов по-прежнему ограничены. Тем не менее, во многих странах есть возможности для значительной экономии средств за счет генериков, и даже там, где исторически сложились сильные рынки генериков, регулирующие органы, политики и плательщики могут сделать больше для обеспечения своевременной доступности генериков.
